Testimonial Letter
The "Vantage" project is a well-thought-of architectural
masterpiece, with building materials of highest grade and quality
selected for used in common areas, and focus on luxurious design
during its conception. These all adds up in the value-chain, and
if customers do not appreciate these items in the value chain, developers
thus cannot survive for long. What's more impressive about this is
that the project's development team has put up a well-thought of
development plan that has received "EIA and construction approval" prior
to actually starting the construction of the Vantage project itself,
thus differentiating itself apart from other developers who sometimes
are short-sighted ending up with the customers bearing the consequences.
Please bear focus on keeping the construction of the "Vantage" project
on track and on target, keeping our promises to our customers. This
will truly be a milestone for both Eastern Star and KnightFrank,
together.
