Boathouse Auction Day

The first time auction of Boathouse Hua Hin had been held on Songkran day. Our honorable guests tried to possessive the Boathouse villa unit and condominium unit by auction. the 5th Floor is 80%, the 6th Floor is 20%, brick work of the 1st Floor is 60%, lift core is 40% completed.

Tower B’s structural work of the 1st,3rd,4th,5th,6th Floor have completed,
the 2nd Floor is 65%, the 7th Floor is 80%, lift core is 50% completed.

Type A # 9 trusses is 90%, wall work is 10%, plaster work is 95%, electronically conduit & sanitary piles are 20% completed.

The Khao Khitchakut National Park 
The park covers a rich, verdant forestland of some 58 square kilometres where many herbal plants are found. It is also rich in wildlife. An attraction is the Krathing waterfall with its nature trails cutting through all 13 levels of the fall. There are clear ponds where swimming is possible. Camping is allowed in the park. There are also accommodations for visitors who should make advance booking at the Forestry Department in Bangkok.

Wat Khao Sukim
Wat Khao Sukim is near Khao Khitchakut National Park, It was built in 1966 by devout Buddhists who had faith in Phra Achan Somchai Thitawiriyo. The objective of the temple is to be used as a meditation venue. The expansive temple compound offers a peaceful haven surrounded by shady orchards. The temple also houses a large collection of religious items and valuable antiques donated by the public. On display are wax sculptures of over twenty Buddhist monks highly revered by the public.

Suan Sadetyat 
Adjacent to Wat Khao Sukim is Suan Sadetyat, an extensive fruit plantation growing rambutan and durian in the main. During the fruit season of April-June, it is open to the public. Admission fee includes free fruit-tasting.
