Development progress report

The construction work of condominium tower A,B and villa house has been running smoothly according to the plan.

• Condominium

Tower A’s structural work of the 1st- 4th Floor have been finished,
the 5th Floor is 80%, the 6th Floor is 20%, brick work of the 1st Floor is 60%, lift core is 40% completed.

Tower B’s structural work of the 1st,3rd,4th,5th,6th Floor have completed,
the 2nd Floor is 65%, the 7th Floor is 80%, lift core is 50% completed.

• Villa
Type A # 9 trusses is 90%, wall work is 10%, plaster work is 95%, electronically conduit & sanitary piles are 20% completed.

Type A # 12 wall work is already finish, plaster work is 95%, electronically conduit & sanitary piles are
95%, ceiling is 70%, door and window frame are 80% completed.
