The construction work of condominium B,C and their facilities has been running smoothly according to the plan.

• Condominium B

Tower B’s structural work and piling work are 100% completed, foundation work for main building is 50% completed.

• Condominium C

Tower C’s structural work is 100% completed, architectural work is 90%, electrical is 88% completed, plumbing work is 97% completed, HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning) is 95% completed and ceramic tiling work for the front swimming pool is 15% completed.

• Facilities

The “Lighthouse” clubhouse and the “clubhouse” multi-function building are 100% finished and already in service, the Beachfront Park is 100% completed. The featured Park’s structural and architectural works are 100% completed. The landscape is more than 50% completed.

Valentine Island

Another interesting attraction at Bhumibol Dam is Valentine Island where visitors can enjoy sandy beaches suitable for swimming. To get to the island, the Dams office provides rental boats for the trip that takes only 15-30 minutes.

Namtok Thi Lo Su

Namtok Thi Lo Su is located in the Umphang Wildlife Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which links with the Thung Yai Naresuan and Huay Kha Kaeng Reserves, as well as Khlong Lan and Mae Wong National Parks. Together, they form Thailand's largest wildlife haven and Southeast Asia's top virgin forest.

Doi Hua Mot

Doi Hua Mot is situated in Ban Umphang, just 4 kilometers from Umphang city. Limestone hills without single large tree but carpeted by blossoming shrubs and wild flowers stretching for approximately 30 kilometers, Doi Hua Mot is definitely a place for people who welcome a break from typical hills. The peak of Doi Hua Mot is ideal place to appreciate the Sea of mist and spectacular sunrise at dawn. The lookout point provides a panoramic view of Umphang and the breathtaking lush, fertile forests.
