The construction work of condominium B,C and their facilities has been running smoothly according to the plan.

• Condominium B

Tower B’s structural work and piling work are 100% completed, foundation work for main building is 50% completed.

• Condominium C

Tower C’s structural work is 100% completed, architectural work is 90%, electrical is 88% completed, plumbing work is 97% completed, HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning) is 95% completed and ceramic tiling work for the front swimming pool is 15% completed.

• Facilities

The “Lighthouse” clubhouse and the “clubhouse” multi-function building are 100% finished and already in service, the Beachfront Park is 100% completed. The featured Park’s structural and architectural works are 100% completed. The landscape is more than 50% completed.
