Knight Frank Thailand is committed to quality, innovation and internationally accepted best practice in providing property valuation services. We have adopted the latest International Accounting Standards (IAS) for property in our valuation reports. With our in-house skills and knowledge supported by the global resources of Knight Frank, we are confident of adding value to our clients’ business locally and worldwide. Asset Valuation services

Knight Frank Thailand’s Asset Valuation services are currently supervised by the company’s Managing Director, Mr Phanom Kanjanathiemthao, who has vast valuation experience of over 18 years in active practice. Knight Frank’s Valuation team, under Mr Surasak Limpa-Arayakul and Mr Roong Sithisankunchorn’s direction and technical expertise, have performed Asset Valuation exercises for more than 10 years. With the extensive training and continuing education for the company’s valuation staff, plus Knight Frank’s market knowledge in all types of properties, the client is always assured of the firm’s total commitment and capability to provide comprehensive valuation services to all its valued clients based on the highest international standards and ethics.

• Approved Valuers for Public Purposes Listing by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• Automatic applicant into Bank of Thailand’s (BOT) Regulation
• Approved Valuers by the Department of Insurance
• Member of the Valuers Association of Thailand (VAT)
• Member of the Thai Valuers Association (TVA)
• Listed company of the Consultancy Data Base Centre, Ministry of Finance

Valuation of property types
