Asset Valuation services
Knight Frank Thailand’s Asset Valuation services are currently supervised
by the company’s Managing Director, Mr Phanom Kanjanathiemthao, who
has vast valuation experience of over 18 years in active practice. Knight
Frank’s Valuation team, under Mr Surasak Limpa-Arayakul and Mr Roong
Sithisankunchorn’s direction and technical expertise, have performed
Asset Valuation exercises for more than 10 years. With the extensive training
and continuing education for the company’s valuation staff, plus Knight
Frank’s market knowledge in all types of properties, the client is
always assured of the firm’s total commitment and capability to provide
comprehensive valuation services to all its valued clients based on the highest
international standards and ethics.
