Knight Frank Thailand’s asset valuation services are currently supervised by the company’s Managing Director, Mr Phanom Kanjanathiemthao, who has vast valuation experience of over 24 years in active practice for both commercial and residential properties. Knight Frank’s commercial valuation team is under the supervision of Mr Surasak Limpa-Arayakul and Knight Frank’s residential valuation team is under the supervision of Mr Roong Sithisankunchorn. Both of the team heads have very well technical expertise and have performed Asset Valuation exercises for more than 16 years. With the extensive training and continuing education for the company’s valuation staff, plus Knight Frank’s market knowledge in all types of properties, the client is always assured of the firm’s total commitment and capability to provide comprehensive valuation services to all its valued clients based on the highest international standards and ethics.
