•70% to be paid on transfer date

The buyer shall be responsible for the fee of requesting for water meter
and electricity meterand has to pay the fee on transfer date.
• Transfer fees split equally between buyer and seller.
• Maintenance fee is 35 Baht/sq m/month to be paid in advance for a year
on transfer date
•Sinking fund is 500 Baht/sq m (pay one time on transferred date)
