Knight Frank opens in The Gulf
London, UK - Knight Frank
has established a permanent Gulf network in the Middle East and has appointed
Don Bradley, who until recently was ceo of
Cluttons in the Middle East, as the region’s chief executive.
Knight Frank has been providing clients with Middle Eastern advice for the
last seven years in particular advising the Royal Group on the development
of Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, as well as a number of developments in Dubai.
Based in Bahrain, Knight Frank will provide commercial and residential property
consultancy services across The Gulf. The opening is part of Knight Frank's
global growth strategy as it continues to enhance its service offering across
the world and provide its clients with excellent local advice.
Don Bradley has 26 years’ extensive
Middle Eastern property consultancy experience including acting on behalf
of institutional and private investors.
Current clients also include major developers in Abu Dhabi, Saudi, Qatar,
Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and the United Arab Emirates with professional instructions
from investors, developers and occupiers including Gulf Finance House, Barwa,
The Agency for Financial Monitoring and Information, and Merrill Lynch.

Don first commenced his career in the investment department of Knight Frank

six continents.
