Nick Thomlinson, senior partner, Knight Frank said: “After Vietnam, Cambodia is the next emerging economy in the region and therefore it is an opportune time for us to be opening an office to take advantage of the country’s tremendous economic and real estate growth. As foreign investment rushes into the country, there is already a demand for international professional real estate services especially in advisory and consultancy work. We continue with our strategy to expand our global service offering.”

Knight Frank’s Asia Pacific business consists of 39 offices in eleven countries and employs more than 2,000 staff (see Notes to Editors). The office opening is in response to global client demand.

By opening in Cambodia, we complement both our already established Asia Pacific operations and those in the rest of the world.”
