1. Building Attendant

Qualifications

- Thai nationality, age over 25 years old with serviced mind
- Bachelor degree in Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in building/estate management
- Have knowledge in Juristic Person Acts is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English, computer literacy and familiarity with office automation

2. Technician (Urgent) - 15 Positions

Qualifications

- Service minded, Thai nationality, male, age over 21 years old
- Vocational or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- At least 1 year experience in high-rise building or villa
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance is an advantage
- Able to work in shifts
- Working in Bangkok or Phuket or Hua Hin

3. Property Analyst / Valuer (Urgent) - 5 Positions

Qualifications

- Age over 25 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
- At least 1 years’ experience in property field. Will also consider experienced property Analysts/ research analyst from the securities industry
- Good command of English
- Computer literate

4. Plant and Machinery Valuer (Urgent) - 2 Positions

Qualification

- Age over 30 years
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- Min. 5 years’ experience in cost estimation or plant construction and machinery   installation or factory maintenance
- Experience in the field of property is an advantage
- Service-minded and able to work under pressure

5. Asst. Research Manager (Urgent) - 1 Position

Qualifications

- Age over 28 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
- At least 3 years working experience gained in a research function preferably within   a multinational real estate services company or consulting firm.
- have an exceptional ability to write analytical research reports and a commercial   mind
- Good command of English

Responsibility

- Be tasked with the responsibility to manage the research services within our client’s   increasingly expanding real estate services company
- Involve managing and developing a diverse team of Research Associates and   monitoring their performance, perform research reports for a wide variety of areas   that include the commercial, retail, industrial, hotel, residential and serviced   apartment market
- Be required to support other internal departments to assist in the development and   continued profitability of our client’s progressive company.

- MS Office and other business software skill

Responsibility:-

- Responsible for Financial Accounting such as accounts closing, financial statement   reports and reporting package
- Maintain & update accounts code and assign cost center to each departments /   projects.
- To supervise day to day accounting transaction
- Responsible for payroll and payroll accounting
- Other assignments as requested by Accounting Manager

14. Administrator (Urgent) - 1 Position

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Arts or any related field
