1. Estate/ Building Manager (Bangkok) -- 1 Position

Qualifications

 Thai Nationality, age over 27 years
 Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related fields
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in building / estate management or 3 years in management level
 Knowledge in Juristic Person Acts is an advantage
 Good command of spoken and written English, computer literacy and familiarity with office automation 1

Qualifications

 Thai Nationality, age over 25 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
 At least 3 years in building or villa management
 Knowledge in security and housekeeping management is an advantage
 Service minded
 Good command of English communication skill, computer literacy and familiarity with office automation

Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial
 3 years' experience for Sr. Accountant in accounting
 Essential skill of General Ledger and Financial Analysis
 Experience from Property Business is strongly desirable
 Significant knowledge of Tax and Internal Control
 Fair command of spoken and written English, computer literacy and familiarity with office automation
 Have knowledge in Accpac program will be an advantage
 Good problem-solving skill and able to work under pressure

Responsibility

 Responsible for Financial Accounting such as accounts closing, financial statement reports and reporting package
 Maintain & update accounts code and assign cost center to each departments/projects.
 To supervise day to day accounting transaction 1
