Knight Frank was founded in London more than a century ago in 1896. Beginning January 1, 2006 with its new global partner, Newmark of New York, USA the new partnership will have a combined global network encompassing more than 5,300 professionals in more than 165 offices in over 36 countries around the world. Together, this combined partnership will handle over US$ 41 billion worth of commercial, agricultural and residential property transactions with annual revenues exceeding $US545 million. From January 1, 2006, Knight Frank and Newmark will embark on a new era, providing global clients within a local setting with real-time, seamless and global advisory services which will benefit all clients tremendously.
